My name is Landan Dory, and I am a commercial real estate broker based in Austin, TX. I run an investment sales division at Partners Commercial Real Estate which is one of the largest privately owned commercial real estate firms in Texas. We maintain a robust internal database that tracks over 3,800 parks in Texas in real time, gathering ownership information, occupancy rates, new developments, purchases and sales, rental rates and overall market trends.
